Co-founder and managing partner

Dora Alejandra Magaña

Mexican-born designer Dora Alejandra Magaña learned fashion from her mother Eva Padilla, a professional seamstress, dressmaker, and Tailor. She began designing and creating her own clothes at a young age, then refined her fashion design and tailoring skills at the Arts Institute of Hollywood, where she obtained a Bachelors in Fine Arts. With over 30 years in the fashion industry, Dora brings fashion design knowledge, tailoring principles, iconic style, extravagance, and extraordinary design to House of Tailors as co-founder and managing partner.

Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer

Carolina Zambrano

Carolina Zambrano was born and raised in Venezuela, where she obtained degrees in Industrial Engineering and Fashion Design. She built her career in fashion, created her own company, and obtained a contract with Nike. After circumstances in her country forced her to migrate to Nashville, Tennessee in 2020, Carolina became co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of House of Tailors. Her 30 plus years of company leadership, design, and construction experience support a wide range of customer garments.

Founder, Business Management & customer relations

Xitlali Magana

Xitlali Magana is a Mexican-American Business Executive with a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration, concentrated in Human Resource Management, from California State University Fullerton. She secured an Executive Vice-President position with LCE NEWPORT BEACH IT, a US Government Contractor, and still holds that role. While working full time, she obtained her Masters of Science in International Business from Hult International Business School in 2022. As a founder, Xitlali leads Business Management and customer relations.
